| Abstract: | The article covers information on free ports and zones in Russia. Investors in the Kaliningrad Region and the Magadan Region are exempt from customs duties. The country's Customs Code sets the legal basis for establishing free customs zones, which operate under an offshore tax regime. At present, the only operating zone is the one around the Sheremetyevo international airport. |
