Reports that Chicago, Illinois-based DSC Logistics Inc. won Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) certification at its Chicagoland Logistics Center near Joliet, Illinois. Provision of operating efficiencies to customers with the FTZ status; Result of reduced, deferred, or eliminated costs that normally accrue in doing import business in the U.S.; Lower inventory costs and supply chain cycle time reductions for FTZ users. |
